Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of Khadira, operated by KHADIRA AI LIMITED ("Khadira", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales with Companies House number 16637439, registered office at 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX.

By signing up for Khadira, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy.

Khadira is a Human Design chart calculator exposed as a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server. You connect your Claude (or other MCP-compatible) client to Khadira and retrieve your chart and related calculations in conversation.

The chart is astronomical calculation, presented as Human Design structure. Khadira does not provide professional, medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice. The service is for personal exploration only.

You sign in with a magic link sent to your email address. You are responsible for keeping access to that email secure.

Your account may hold chart data for up to 10 persons — typically yourself plus family members or close connections whose charts you want to explore. If you reach the limit, you can remove an existing entry to add a new one.

Each person is a natural individual. Do not create entries for fictional characters, public figures without their consent, or automated test accounts.

You agree NOT to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code or underlying calculations of the service
• Resell, sublicense, or commercially redistribute the service or its outputs
• Scrape the MCP server or otherwise automate access beyond the published tools
• Use the service in violation of applicable law or to harass, defame, or harm another person
• Attempt to circumvent rate limits, the terms-acceptance gate, or other protective measures
• Share your account credentials or provide access to third parties without authorisation

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where reasonable, we give notice first.

Khadira uses the Swiss Ephemeris (version 2.10+) for astronomical calculations. Swiss Ephemeris is a widely trusted source of planetary positions and is authoritative for the geometric data we compute.

Your birth data accuracy determines your chart accuracy. Human Design gate lines are sensitive to the minute — a birth time off by 15 minutes can shift a profile or incarnation cross. We cannot detect or correct errors in the birth data you provide.

We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any particular purpose of Human Design interpretations. Human Design is a synthesis interpretation system; different teachers and schools may interpret the same chart structure differently. Chart outputs are for personal exploration, not professional advice.

Khadira, the khadira.ai website, the MCP server software, and the Khadira brand are owned by KHADIRA AI LIMITED. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the service as intended.

Your birth data and your chart are yours. You can take your data with you (data portability — see the Privacy Policy) and use it however you like outside Khadira.

Interpretations generated by AI systems (e.g. Claude) when you use Khadira are governed by that AI provider's terms — Khadira does not claim ownership of conversation transcripts.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of Khadira is limited to the amount you have paid Khadira in the 12 months preceding the claim (currently zero, as Khadira is provided free of charge).

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by our negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977.

We are not liable for decisions you make based on chart interpretations. The chart is a reflection tool, not a decision-making authority.

You may terminate your account at any time by emailing privacy@khadira.ai. We delete your data within 30 days as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these terms (particularly §4 Acceptable use) with reasonable notice where circumstances allow, or immediately where the breach is serious.

When we change these terms materially, we bump the version string and require you to re-accept the new version the next time you use the MCP. This ensures your acceptance is always current.

We provide at least 30 days' notice of material changes by email to your registered address. Cosmetic edits (typos, clarifications) do not trigger re-acceptance.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

If you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the United Kingdom, you retain the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection provisions of your local law.
